125 - Year - Old Pie Crust

2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup shortening
Cut until crumbly, then add:
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp vinegar
¼ cup water

Stir until just mixed. Makes 3 one-layer pie crusts. Freezes well.
