Corn Salsa

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained (or frozen or fresh)
2 roma tomatoes, diced
2 avocado, diced
1 bunch of cilantro
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix

Mix all ingredients together, toss with dressing mix.  If you're making this ahead, don't put the avocado in until right before serving.  The amount I brought to lunch bunch was double this recipe.

Serve with tortilla chips!
