2 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
-Mix all ingredients.
-Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown on top.
-Cool on a wire rack, in pan, for 5 minutes and then turn out onto the rack to finish cooling.
